My approach
I find it helpful to think of our lives in terms of the following analogy: "Human life is like a tree which has roots (representing our past), a trunk (our worldview and self identity), branches (our relationships with opposite sex, study, work, friends, children, ect), leaves and fruits (maturity in the previous areas)." I help you to examine the roots, consider what nourishes the tree and understand why the tree is in the state of health it’s in.
Each person is unique and has enormous potential. Therapy is a journey of two people: a psychotherapist and a client. Therapy can help a client to understand the causes of life's difficulties and to find a way out. In my consulting practice I had the joy of seeing when the tree grew, bloomed and bore fruit.
People often have a limited awareness of themselves and the nature of their problems. The aim of the therapy is to help you to see your life and the way you see the world around you, to understand values of your life and to help you make choices based on this new insight.

Individual therapy sessions
In individual therapy clients work one-on-one with a therapist in a safe, caring and confidential environment to look at feelings, beliefs and behaviours and work through challenging memories. Therapy can help you to understand yourself and others and to bring changes in difficult areas.
Online counselling
Research has shown that online counselling can be as effective as face-to-face counselling. For some people, busy schedules can make face-to-face counselling harder to fit in; for others, online counselling helps remove inhibitions associated with traditional counselling.
couples & family counselling
Couple/family counselling can help when two people are struggling to live in harmony. Whether you are husband and wife, a dating couple or a parent and child, this type of counselling can help you understand what the problem is, align expectations and help you to understand each other better.
Workshops
The format of the workshops are informal with fun activities, discussions, and interactions in a small group setting. Workshops provide information and teach attendees to work constructively in the areas of struggle.
